Position Summary
The Senior Customer Education Specialist will translate arenaflex’s mission and vision into real‑world learning solutions. You will design, develop, and deliver high‑impact eLearning content, collaborate closely with product and marketing teams, and serve as the bridge that channels customer insights into product roadmaps. Key Responsibilities
Product Mastery & Thought Leadership
- Develop an in‑depth understanding of arenaflex’s platform, becoming a recognized subject‑matter expert.
- Stay current with product releases, feature updates, and roadmap changes by attending internal trainings and regular briefings with Product Managers.
- Partner with the Customer Onboarding Team to maximize product utilization and accelerate time‑to‑value for new customers.
- Provide the Customer Success (CS) team with ready‑to‑use educational modules that address common use cases and workflow scenarios.
- Support arenaflex Academy’s Product Education Team by creating complementary learning assets that reinforce product knowledge.
- Share field‑derived insights with the Product Marketing team to inform messaging, positioning, and go‑to‑market strategies.
E‑Learning Design & Delivery Excellence
- Design, author, and produce engaging eLearning content—including interactive courses, step‑by‑step documentation, video tutorials, webinars, and micro‑learning interventions.
- Apply adult‑learning principles, instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM), and multimedia best practices to ensure a seamless learning experience.
- Develop and maintain certification programs that validate customer proficiency and showcase expertise.
- Continuously evaluate learning effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and analytics, iterating content to improve outcomes.
Customer Engagement & Support
- Facilitate live webinars, workshops, and Q&A sessions, directly interacting with customers to address questions and gather real‑time feedback.
- Act as the primary point of contact for learning‑related inquiries, providing timely, empathetic, and solution‑focused support.
- Collect, analyze, and synthesize customer feedback on educational materials, translating insights into actionable recommendations for product and content teams.

Essential Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, or a related field (advanced degrees are a plus).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in instructional design, eLearning development, or a comparable role within a SaaS environment.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and proficiency in the local language of the target market.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
