What You Will Do as a Remote Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex
As a Remote Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the friendly, knowledgeable, and dependable voice that our customers rely on when they need assistance. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, follow up on open cases, resolve inquiries, and ensure every customer interaction is handled with care, professionalism, and empathy.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction Management: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email, providing accurate information and effective solutions tailored to each customer's unique situation.
- Case Follow-Up: Take ownership of customer cases from initiation through resolution, conducting timely follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and successful case closure.
- Problem Resolution: Diagnose customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex matters to the appropriate team members when necessary, while maintaining clear communication with the customer throughout the process.
- Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions, case details, and resolutions in our internal systems, maintaining a high level of detail and precision in every record.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of arenaflex products, services, policies, and procedures to provide informed and confident support.

Essential Qualifications and Technical Requirements
To succeed as a Remote Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you will need to meet certain baseline requirements. These are designed to ensure that every team member has the foundation needed to deliver exceptional service from a home-based environment.
Minimum Technical Requirements
- A reliable personal computer running a genuine, validated, and native copy of Windows 10, Windows 11, or the most current version of macOS. Please note that Mac computers cannot be more than five years old.
- A USB headset and a webcam for training and team collaboration purposes.
- At least one monitor measuring 15 inches or larger to ensure an ergonomic and productive workstation.
- Reliable high-speed internet with a minimum download speed of 2 Mbps and upload speed of 1 Mbps. A direct Ethernet connection is strongly preferred over Wi-Fi for stability.
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace where you can focus on customer interactions without interruption.

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service, call center, retail, hospitality, or any client-facing role is a plus, but not required. We provide comprehensive paid training to set you up for success.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including day, evening, and night shifts, as well as weekend availability.
- Residence in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida (with $13/hour per state law for Florida hires), Idaho, Kansas, Kentucky, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico (excluding Santa Fe County and Las Cruces), North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Wisconsin. We are only able to hire applicants who currently reside in these states.

Compensation Details
- Starting Pay: $12.00 per hour, beginning on day one of training.
- Florida Residents: If hired and residing in Florida, you will be offered $13.00 per hour in compliance with state law.
