Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction & Consultation

  • Engage every customer with a friendly, solution‑focused attitude, using consultative techniques to uncover their unique needs.
  • Provide expert advice on printing, signage, graphics, and shipping products, recommending the most appropriate arenaflex solutions.
  • Take complex orders through arenaflex’s order management system, ensuring accurate pricing, turnaround times, and specifications.

Production & Equipment Operation

  • Set up, operate, and maintain a variety of printing, binding, and finishing equipment using customer‑supplied media.
  • Assemble parcels, wrap items in protective insulation, weigh packages, and affix shipping labels according to arenaxflex standards.
  • Monitor the production queue, prioritize jobs, and ensure timely completion of all projects.
  • Perform routine cleaning, minor repairs, and restocking of equipment to guarantee optimal performance.

Store Management & Merchandising

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized retail environment that reflects arenaflex’s brand standards.
  • Stock printing supplies, shipping materials, and promotional displays, ensuring shelves are fully stocked and visually appealing.
  • Execute arenaflex merchandising plans, updating signage and product displays to highlight new offerings and seasonal promotions.
  • Process financial transactions accurately using the Point‑of‑Sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit, and electronic payments.

Team Collaboration & Development

  • Follow directions from supervisors and assist teammates with daily store functions.
  • Participate in onboarding and ongoing training for new and existing staff, sharing best practices and product knowledge.

Essential Qualifications
