Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and polished Premium Client Experience Specialist to serve as a Remote Chat Concierge and Travel Lifestyle Advisor for our most valued Card Members. In this dynamic and customer-facing role, you will function as the digital embodiment of the arenaflex brand, delivering best-in-class service, expert guidance, and curated recommendations to a discerning clientele. Whether assisting with travel planning, lifestyle concierge requests, account inquiries, or personalized solutions, you will be entrusted with building lasting relationships and elevating the standard of care our clients have come to expect.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Card Members engaging via remote chat channels, delivering attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service from start to finish.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the values, tone, and commitment to excellence that define arenaflex.
  • Welcome and onboard Card Members upon initiation of chat interactions, creating a seamless and welcoming digital experience.
  • Take full ownership of each client interaction, seeing every request through to resolution with accountability and care.
  • Develop innovative solutions to address Card Members’ needs, concerns, and challenges, ultimately transforming satisfied customers into loyal advocates for the brand.
  • Apply a “Client’s First” philosophy in every conversation, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
  • Provide expert concierge and lifestyle recommendations, including dining, entertainment, cultural experiences, and personal services.
  • Offer knowledgeable travel advice, itinerary suggestions, and reservation assistance tailored to each client’s preferences.
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners — including hospitality, dining, and travel vendors — to fulfill Card Member requests promptly and completely.
  • Utilize multiple technology platforms seamlessly, adapting quickly to new tools and systems as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex products, services, promotions, and partner offerings to deliver informed recommendations.
  • Remain composed, professional, and solution-oriented in high-pressure situations, making sound decisions in real time.
  • Document interactions accurately, follow established procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Qualifications

  • A minimum of one year of recent experience serving premium or high-end clientele in a customer-facing capacity.
  • Prior experience in the airline, airport lounge, travel agency, or hospitality industry, including demonstrated reservation experience.
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable client experiences.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to engage, charm, and connect with clients through written chat interactions.
  • Strong active listening skills, with the proven ability to identify client needs and translate them into thoughtful, high-impact recommendations.
  • A polished, professional demeanor and consistently positive attitude in all client interactions.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Comfort with making quick, effective decisions when unexpected situations arise, always keeping the Card Member experience at the forefront.
  • Resourceful and tech-savvy, with strong internet research skills and the ability to navigate multiple digital platforms simultaneously.

  • Willingness and ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Multilingual capabilities are a strong plus, enabling service to our global Card Member base.
  • Formal training or certification in hospitality, luxury brand management, or concierge services.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, chat software, and customer service ticketing systems.
  • Familiarity with luxury travel destinations, premium lifestyle brands, and high-end consumer trends.
