Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, detail‑oriented individuals to join our remote Customer Service team on a part‑time basis. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaxflex, you will be the first point of contact for inbound callers, guiding them through account updates, payment arrangements, contract explanations, and referrals to specialized departments.
