Why This Role Matters

As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will be the frontline ambassador for our pharmacy services. You will help customers navigate medication orders, understand insurance benefits, and resolve any challenges that arise during their journey. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide virtual assistance to customers via phone, email, and live chat, addressing billing, insurance verification, product inquiries, and service questions with professionalism and speed.
  • Manage both inbound and outbound communications, ensuring timely follow‑up and accurate documentation of each interaction.
  • Proactively anticipate common customer concerns and prepare clear, concise solutions to streamline the support process.
  • Own the resolution of each case from start to finish, collaborating with pharmacists and pharmacy staff when clinical guidance is required.
  • Deliver a best‑in‑class service experience in a fast‑paced environment, consistently meeting or exceeding quality and productivity standards.
  • Assist customers with insurance and copay inquiries, providing transparent explanations of coverage and out‑of‑pocket costs.
  • Offer technical support for navigating the arenaflex pharmacy portal, helping users place orders, track shipments, and manage refills.
  • Maintain strict adherence to privacy and security policies, safeguarding personal health information in accordance with HIPAA and arenaflex’s Work‑From‑Home guidelines.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen customer relationships by offering relevant health resources, medication reminders, and personalized recommendations.
  • Contribute to team knowledge bases by documenting recurring issues and effective resolutions, fostering continuous improvement across the support organization.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; candidates must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Minimum of 1 + year of relevant phone or email customer service experience, preferably in a call‑center environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively while handling phone calls, computer applications, and web‑based tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a clear, friendly, and professional tone.
  • Experience working in a healthcare or pharmacy setting is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of thriving under pressure in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining high quality standards.

  • Successful completion of a pre‑employment drug test and background screening.
