Position Overview

This is a 34‑hour per week, fully remote position with flexible scheduling between 8:00 am – 4:30 pm CST. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter data from insurance claims and authorization requests submitted by health‑care providers into the arenaflex imaging system.
  • Navigate the imaging software efficiently to retrieve claim documents, ensuring that each record is processed within designated turnaround times.
  • Differentiate between various claim types (e.g., inpatient, outpatient, pharmacy) and apply the appropriate data entry guidelines for each category.
  • Identify and flag documents that require special handling, such as those with missing signatures or incomplete information.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members to verify data integrity, share best practices, and collectively meet daily and weekly productivity targets.
  • Perform quality reviews of peer‑entered claims and authorizations, providing constructive feedback in line with arenaflex’s quality standards.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in health‑care administration or related fields is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months of data entry or typing‑focused experience, preferably within a health‑care or insurance environment.
  • Typing Proficiency: Ability to achieve at least 8,200 keystrokes per hour (KSPH) while maintaining a 98 % accuracy rate on an online alphanumeric assessment.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrated track record of meticulous data handling, with a focus on minimizing errors and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable using Windows or macOS operating systems, web‑based imaging platforms, and basic office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Communication: Strong written communication skills to document findings, report issues, and collaborate effectively with remote teammates.
