  • Call Review & Issue Identification (50%): Monitor inbound calls through our telephony platform, quickly assess the nature of each inquiry, and flag any discrepancies or escalations that require immediate attention.
  • Workflow Management (10%): Maintain an up‑to‑date knowledge of arenaflex’s revenue‑cycle workflow systems, accurately assign follow‑up dates, route requests to the appropriate department, and document interactions with precision.
  • Customer Service Excellence (10%): Ensure every call received during business hours is answered promptly, adhering to arenaflex’s high‑service standards and providing courteous, solution‑focused assistance.
  • Payment Processing (10%): Execute payment transactions, verify balances, and request payment from patients when appropriate, always following secure handling protocols.
  • Clerical Support (10%): Perform ancillary tasks such as managing email correspondence, handling faxed documents, and updating patient records to keep the revenue‑cycle team operating smoothly.
  • Supervision & Guidance (10%): Work closely with a dedicated supervisor who provides ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance monitoring to help you grow in the role.

Essential Qualifications – What You Must Have

  • Minimum 1 year of medical revenue‑cycle experience, with a solid understanding of billing, coding, insurance verification, and patient payment processes.
