Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Service Excellence
- Greet every customer with a warm, genuine smile, make eye contact, and thank them for their visit.

Station Operations & Safety
- Perform routine cleaning of indoor and outdoor areas, including restrooms, fuel islands, car‑wash equipment, and retail aisles.
- Follow all federal, state, and local regulations for age‑restricted product sales, ensuring proper carding procedures are observed.
- Adhere to arenaflex loss‑prevention and safety protocols, reporting any accidents or incidents to management immediately.
- Maintain food‑safety standards in compliance with county regulations, covering sanitation, handling, preparation, storage, and disposal of food items.
- Monitor fuel dispensing operations (where applicable) to meet legal requirements and ensure safe fueling practices.
Inventory Management & Merchandising
- Receive, inspect, and cross‑check deliveries for accuracy, then organize merchandise on shelves, coolers, and display units.
- Restock food and beverage items, especially ExtraMile and Krispy Krunchy Chicken (KKC) products, to keep inventory levels optimal.
- Maintain a tidy cash drawer, secure funds in the safe, and perform end‑of‑shift reconciliation with precision.
- Assist with price verification, signage updates, and promotional displays to ensure a compelling shopping environment.
Team Collaboration & Vendor Relations
- Work professionally with vendors and contractors, coordinating deliveries and addressing any service issues promptly.
- Participate in scheduled training sessions, safety drills, and team meetings to stay current on arenaflex policies.
- Provide backup support to neighboring stations when needed, ensuring seamless coverage across the network.
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years (21 years for Washington locations, graveyard shifts, and management roles).
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight hours.
