Position Overview

arenaflex’s Caremark Member Operations division is expanding its remote Customer Care team in the San Antonio, TX region. We are seeking enthusiastic, empathetic, and detail‑oriented individuals to become Customer Service Representatives who specialize in pharmacy benefit plans. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for members calling about their pharmacy benefits.   • Document interactions in arenaflex’s CRM system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and internal data‑security standards.
  • Participate in a comprehensive onboarding program that includes a minimum six‑week blend of virtual instructor‑led training, self‑paced modules, and live coaching.
  • Maintain a secure, distraction‑free home workspace that meets arenaflex’s internet speed and equipment requirements.
