  • Perform inventory checks, monitor product expiration dates, and execute loss‑prevention measures such as theft deterrence and damage control.
  • Utilize the automated inventory management system to track non‑prescription medication stock, reconcile discrepancies, and generate accurate reports.
  • Answer incoming phone calls promptly, triage inquiries, and resolve issues or route them to the appropriate department.

Essential Qualifications
