Key Responsibilities

As a Collections Representative - Small Business Financial Solutions, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls: You will communicate with small business customers regarding overdue payments, finding solutions to help them get back on track, and answering any questions they may have.
• Providing personalized solutions: You will work with customers to find creative solutions that fit their unique situations, allowing them to maintain their dignity and fulfill their financial obligations.
• Maintaining accurate records: You will ensure that all customer interactions are accurately documented and up-to-date.
• Managing delinquency stages: You will work with customers to move them through various stages of delinquency, bringing loans to a current status.
• Following collection laws and practices: You will adhere to all relevant collection laws and practices, including FDCPA and FCRA regulations.

Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need:
