We are currently hiring Remote Customer Care Associates to deliver world-class service to our military families from the comfort of a home office. Position Overview

As a Remote Customer Care Associate at arenaflex, you will serve as the first point of contact for our valued members, groups, providers, and brokers. You will handle inquiries via telephone, email, and face-to-face interaction (when applicable), troubleshooting concerns and resolving complaints with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism. Your mission is to ensure every interaction meets our high standards of service quality while delivering timely and accurate responses that exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and complaints via written, telephonic, and occasional face-to-face communication in a timely, accurate, and courteous manner.
  • Prepare adjustments for services that have not been properly processed, either by completing them systematically or by forwarding to the appropriate department for follow-up and resolution.
  • Consistently meet or exceed all production, quality, and adherence standards established by arenaflex.
  • Attend all required training sessions and stay current on policy updates, system enhancements, and procedural changes.
  • Elevate complex or unresolved issues to the next level of supervision as appropriate, ensuring seamless continuity of care for the customer.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records, including timekeeping documentation and interaction logs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or requested to support team and organizational goals.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment, with healthcare customer service strongly preferred.
  • Citizenship: Due to Department of Defense (DoD) contract requirements, the incumbent must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Background: Must successfully pass a pre-hire background check, drug screen, and credit check to meet DoD requirements. Significant negative history (e.g., accounts currently in collections) could result in disqualification.
  • Clearance: Successful attainment of a DoD Level 2 clearance is required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing exceptional customer service, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards, and evaluating customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
  • Capacity to take direction and navigate through multiple systems and applications concurrently.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain composure and professionalism under stressful and fast-paced conditions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear, simple, and customer-friendly manner.
  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
  • Familiarity with military culture, TRICARE benefits, or dental/insurance industry terminology is a plus.

Work Schedule and Training

This is a full-time, work-from-home position. The regular work schedule is 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM. Training will take place over 7 weeks from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. During training, you will gain in-depth knowledge of our systems, policies, and the TRICARE Dental Program. Please note that this role may require irregular work hours, holidays, or weekends as business needs dictate. Regular and timely attendance is essential to team success.
