Responsibilities
- Territory Development & Lead Generation
- Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with hospitals, gynecologists, fertility specialists, and clinic owners across Uttar Pradesh East and surrounding areas.
- Identify new opportunities for introducing Subhag Health Tech’s medical devices and IUI clinic solutions.
- Continuously explore and map market potential, competitor activity, and demand trends within the healthcare ecosystem.
- Daily Sales Operations
- Make regular in-person visits to hospitals, nursing homes, fertility clinics, and medical practitioners.
- Conduct telephone calls, Whats App engagement, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling.
- Deliver structured presentations, product demos, and clinical explanations using company sales tools and materials.
- Prospecting & Pipeline Management
- Research and profile prospective customers using digital tools, databases, and field intel.
- Build a strong pipeline of doctors and hospital owners interested in medical devices and fertility care technologies.
- Use CRM tools effectively to track conversations, follow-ups, and sales progress.
- Strategy & Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, training, digital marketing, and customer success to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Plan daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities to maximize Return on Time Investment (ROTI).
- Share feedback from the field to help improve products, marketing campaigns, and strategic initiatives.
- Market Intelligence
- Stay updated on medical device applications, new clinical trends, ART regulations, healthcare business models, and competing products.
- Participate in local medical events, trade shows, CMEs, workshops, and conferences to expand brand visibility.
- Customer Success & Relationship Management
- Ensure timely follow-ups, training coordination, and post-sales support.
- Build long-term trust with clients through consistent communication and problem resolution.
- Strengthen hospital relationships to increase repeat sales, referrals, and market dominance.
Qualifications & Requirements Must Have
- Minimum 3+ years experience as a Medical Sales Representative / Sales Executive / Business Development Executive in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, healthcare products, or gynecology-focused sales.
- Strong existing connections with hospitals, gynecologists, and healthcare decision-makers in Uttar Pradesh East.
- Graduate degree in any specialization.
- Excellent communication skills, negotiation ability, and presentation confidence.
- High motivation, target-driven mindset, and willingness to take full ownership of the territory.
- Strong MS Office usage, internet skills, and familiarity with CRM tools.
- A 2-wheeler (or personal mode of transport) for field visits.
