As an Office Clerk/Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in supporting our operations team by performing a range of administrative tasks, including data entry, report compilation, and office management. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication, efficient processes, and exceptional results.

  • *Key Responsibilities**

• Enter daily work orders into our systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

  • Assemble and reconcile reports, utilizing Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Perform various clerical duties, including filing, copying, faxing, and other tasks as assigned
  • Maintain excellent communication with various departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and information exchange
  • Utilize industry software to perform data entry and other tasks
  • Other duties as assigned by the management team
  • *Essential Qualifications**

• 1 year of data entry experience (typing at least 40 wpm) in operations or a similar service environment

  • 1 year of office clerk experience, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various departments
  • Experience in recycling would be beneficial, but not necessary
  • *Preferred Qualifications**

• 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel, with a strong understanding of its applications and features

  • Experience working in a remote environment, with a focus on self-motivation and discipline
  • *Physical Demands**

• Ability to organize various office systems, including adjusting, connecting, lifting, pulling, pushing, bending, or folding for the purpose of proper records development and/or management

  • Ability to use a computer and related devices, such as a keyboard or mouse, throughout the workday while seated at a desk or workstation
  • Ability to bend, stoop, or sit for long periods of time
