Compensation

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Assist customers with billing, account inquiries, reservations, roadside assistance, scheduling, and other support services
• Accurately document customer interactions
• Follow client guidelines, scripts, and procedures
• Meet attendance, quality, and performance expectations

Requirements

• Computer or laptop (Windows-based preferred)
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• USB headset
• Quiet, professional workspace
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to complete onboarding, certification, and any required background checks
