What You Will Do: As a Family Law Attorney with us, you will manage a litigation caseload from start to finish, including:

• Hearings, discovery, and settlement negotiations
• Representing clients in hearings and trial
• Communicating with clients and third parties with professionalism, empathy, and clarity
• Upholding the highest ethical standards

What We Are Looking For:

• Washington State family law experience (minimum 3 years)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfort with legal technology
• A personable, empathetic, and professional approach

Full-time Opportunity. Salary: Total annual earnings for attorneys commonly range from $150,000 to $300,000+ depending on experience, productivity, and billable hours. Additional performance-based bonus opportunities are available for attorneys who exceed annual billing goals.
