This is a full-time, in-office position with consistent hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, offering you the stability and structure you need to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Position Overview

The Data Entry Specialist plays a critical role in the operational backbone of arenaflex. In this position, you will be responsible for accurately inputting driver event data, reviewing trip records, and verifying billing information to ensure that every transaction is captured correctly and completely. Your sharp attention to detail, speed, and commitment to accuracy will directly impact billing integrity, client satisfaction, and the overall efficiency of our transportation services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate Data Input: Quickly and accurately key in data from driver events into internal systems and databases, ensuring that all information is captured without errors.
  • Trip Review and Verification: Carefully review completed trips to confirm that all billed amounts are accurately calculated and properly charged, flagging any discrepancies for review.
  • Completeness Checks: Confirm that each trip record contains all required information, including timestamps, locations, driver details, and service codes, ensuring full compliance with company standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Identify and correct data inconsistencies, working collaboratively with team leads and other departments to resolve any issues that arise.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the operations team, including document organization, record maintenance, and reporting as needed.
  • Communication and Inquiries: Respond to internal and external inquiries in a clear, concise, and professional manner, demonstrating strong customer service aptitude at all times.
