Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Issue Resolution: Address concerns, troubleshoot technical difficulties, and resolve complaints with empathy, patience, and a solutions-oriented approach that reflects arenaflex's commitment to user satisfaction.
  • Platform Navigation Support: Guide users through platform features, partner staffing applications, and account management tools, ensuring they understand how to maximize their earning potential and streamline their workflow.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with product, technical, and operations teams to escalate complex issues, share user feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement of the support experience.
  • Product Knowledge Maintenance: Stay current on arenaflex platform updates, partner integrations, and emerging features to deliver informed, up-to-date assistance at all times.
  • User Engagement: Proactively highlight platform benefits, new opportunities, and feature enhancements to gig workers, fostering deeper engagement and long-term loyalty.
  • Documentation and Escalation: Accurately log interactions, categorize inquiries, and escalate unresolved or sensitive cases to the appropriate internal departments for timely resolution.
  • Quality and Compliance: Maintain adherence to company standards, communication guidelines, and data privacy protocols while consistently meeting or exceeding performance metrics.

What We Are Looking For

Essential Qualifications

  • Customer Support Experience: A minimum of one year of professional experience in a customer service, chat support, or similar client-facing role. Experience within the gig economy, staffing, or on-demand workforce sector is highly preferred.
