Position Summary

As a Remote Part-Time Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, verifying, and maintaining critical data within our internal systems. Your work directly influences the integrity of information used by downstream teams including billing, customer support, claims processing, and care coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify data integrity by cross-checking entries against original source documents and identifying discrepancies or errors that require correction.
  • Perform routine audits of existing records to ensure ongoing accuracy, completeness, and timeliness across all assigned databases.
  • Communicate flagged inconsistencies or unusual data patterns to supervisors and collaborate on corrective action plans.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion, in full compliance with company confidentiality agreements and applicable data privacy regulations.
  • Assist the broader administrative and operations teams with general clerical support tasks such as document sorting, file management, spreadsheet maintenance, and report generation.
  • Collaborate with team members via digital communication tools including email, team messaging platforms, and virtual meetings to maintain alignment on project goals and deadlines.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and accuracy benchmarks established by the operations leadership team.
  • Adapt quickly to new software platforms, workflow changes, and updated procedures as arenaflex continues to evolve its digital infrastructure.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, medical records handling, or a closely related field is strongly preferred, though motivated candidates without formal experience are also encouraged to apply.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel, is required. Familiarity with Google Workspace tools is a plus.
  • Typing Speed & Accuracy: Demonstrated ability to type at a minimum of 45 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy.
