Position Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the front‑line voice for our customers, handling billing inquiries, account updates, and delinquent account assistance—all while adhering to state and federal regulations. Work Schedule & Location

  • Location: Remote (must reside in New York State).
  • Training Period: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm EST, starting October 7, 2024.
  • Post‑Training Hours: Monday – Friday, 7 am – 9 pm EST (Monday shifts are 10 hours); Saturday, 7 am – 5 pm EST.
  • Internet Requirements: Minimum 25 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload, hard‑wired connection (no Wi‑Fi or DSL).
  • Camera Policy: Camera must be on during training sessions (excluding breaks).

Core Responsibilities

In this role, you will be expected to deliver high‑quality service across a variety of tasks. Your daily activities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Responding to inbound customer calls and providing clear, accurate answers to billing and account‑related questions.
  • Documenting all customer interactions in the arenaflex client system with precision and attention to detail.
  • Explaining account status, payment options, and resolution steps in a courteous and understandable manner.
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations, especially those governing financial and privacy matters.
  • Assisting customers with delinquent accounts, following state‑specific guidelines to negotiate payment plans or resolve disputes.
  • Maintaining an average inbound handle time that balances efficiency with thoroughness.
  • Achieving quality‑assurance targets set by management, including call clarity, empathy, and problem‑resolution scores.
  • Adhering to production metrics such as schedule adherence, call volume, and time‑on‑call standards.
  • Collaborating with teammates and supervisors to share best practices and continuously improve service delivery.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted).
