Key Responsibilities of the Customer Experience Manager

  • Member Engagement and Consultation: Connect with union members via phone and video calls to introduce them to the benefits available through their union membership. Listen carefully to their needs, answer their questions thoroughly, and provide clear, honest guidance on the coverage options that best fit their circumstances.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with members, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor they can rely on for years to come. Many of your conversations will lead to lasting professional connections.
  • Customer Experience Excellence: Deliver a consistently high-quality, consultative experience for every member interaction. Go beyond transactional service by demonstrating genuine care, patience, and professionalism at every touchpoint.
