Key Responsibilities

Product Mastery & Thought Leadership

  • Develop an in‑depth, up‑to‑date understanding of the arenaflex platform, its features, and roadmap.
  • Become a recognized subject‑matter expert by actively using the product, gathering insights from daily interactions, and documenting best practices.
  • Attend product trainings, sprint demos, and regular briefings with Product Managers to stay ahead of new releases.
  • Partner with the Customer Onboarding Team to maximize product utilization and accelerate time‑to‑value for new clients.
  • Provide strategic input to the Product Marketing team by sharing field‑derived insights that shape messaging and positioning.

eLearning Design & Delivery Excellence

  • Conceptualize, design, and produce high‑impact eLearning assets—including interactive courses, step‑by‑step documentation, video tutorials, webinars, and micro‑learning interventions.
  • Leverage modern authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia) and Learning Management Systems such as Intellum, Skilljar, Tovuti, or Talent LMS to create seamless learning journeys.
  • Ensure each learning experience is intuitive, mobile‑responsive, and aligned with adult‑learning principles.
  • Lead the development of certification programs that validate customer competence and showcase arenaflex expertise.
  • Continuously iterate on content based on learner analytics, feedback surveys, and performance metrics.

Customer Engagement & Insight Capture

  • Host live webinars, Q&A sessions, and virtual workshops to address customer queries, demonstrate use‑cases, and gather real‑time feedback.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers during learning events, ensuring a supportive and solution‑focused atmosphere.
  • Collect, analyze, and synthesize feedback on eLearning materials, translating qualitative insights into quantitative recommendations for product enhancements.
  • Maintain a “single source of truth” repository that consolidates customer insights, product change requests, and educational gaps.

Continuous Improvement & Thought Leadership

  • Monitor the effectiveness of educational assets through surveys, usage data, and competency assessments; apply data‑driven improvements.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging eLearning technologies, and SaaS education trends to keep arenaflex at the forefront of customer education.
  • Develop an industry‑leading scenario library that showcases complex, real‑world applications of the arenaflex platform, enabling customers to unlock its full potential.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Sales, Support, and Marketing to ensure alignment of educational initiatives with broader business objectives.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, or a related discipline. Advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in instructional design, eLearning development, or a comparable role within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and proficiency in the local language of the target market.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands‑on experience with eLearning authoring tools and LMS platforms (Intellum, Skilljar, Tovuti, Talent LMS, etc.).
  • Tool Familiarity: Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) for collaboration and documentation.
  • Agile Mindset: Demonstrated ability to deliver value quickly through iterative design, rapid prototyping, and continuous feedback loops.
