Distributed Applications Lead/Architect - Hyderabad Define and drive the AI implementation strategy across the AMS portfolio and Product Engineering teams, with a focus on automation, intelligent engineering workflows, and efficiency improvement. Architect and oversee the design of distributed applications, ensuring scalability, performance, resilience, and maintainability. Work closely with delivery and engineering teams to embed AI-first principles, including AI-assisted coding, testing, observability, and operations. Provide architectural leadership across Banking domain projects, aligning with regulatory, compliance, and security standards. Lead architecture reviews, solution design workshops, and technical governance activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize legacy systems and migrate toward cloud-native distributed frameworks. Mentor engineering teams in AI architecture, vibe coding practices, and modern engineering patterns. Engage with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into robust architecture solutions. Ability to influence engineering teams and drive AI-led modernization across portfolios. Excellent communication skills, especially in explaining architecture decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
