Director, Sales Foodservice (Quebec)

Reporting to the Vice President, Canadian Foodservice Sales, the Director, Foodservice Sales (Quebec) will be responsible for leading Cavendish Farms’ Foodservice business across Quebec. This role will drive profitable growth through strategic leadership of the sales team, strong distributor and key account partnerships, and execution of regional sales strategies. The successful candidate will balance high-level strategic planning with hands-on customer and team engagement, ensuring alignment across internal functions while identifying and developing new growth opportunities within the market.
