[Remote] Operations Coordinator, Travel Industry

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Jetset World Travel is a host agency supporting independent travel advisors. They are seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of internal services, including invoicing, commission workflows, and administrative coordination.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage designated inboxes for booking confirmations, updates, and cancellations
• Review submissions for completeness and accuracy
• Enter and manage booking and commission data within internal systems
• Build and format itineraries based on advisor instructions using designated platforms
• Provide responsive support to advisors, including supplier portal access, account and systems troubleshooting, and researching solutions to uncommon problems
• Maintain organized file structures and documentation standards
• Track, log, and follow up on open items through completion within established turnaround standards
• Verify all entries against source documentation before submission
• Attend and participate in all scheduled team meetings and standing check ins
• Route requests and coordinate across internal workflows and external partners when needed

• Consistent, dependable availability during scheduled hours, including standing meetings

• Experience in travel, hospitality, or itinerary building
• Experience supporting a distributed or remote team
