[Remote] Senior Billing Integration Consultant

The Senior Billing Integration Consultant will evaluate and enhance billing processes, provide expert guidance, and collaborate across departments to ensure accurate and compliant invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Act as the lead subject-matter expert for mergers & acquisitions and other integrations, serving as the primary representative of the billing team
• Evaluate and refine billing processes to enhance accuracy and operational efficiency
• Address and resolve complex, large-scale billing issues by delivering expert solutions
• Partner with finance, IT, and other departments to drive improvements in billing system functionality
• Provide strategic recommendations to optimize billing operations and minimize errors

Skills

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience
• Expert understanding of billing processes and best practices
• Highly proficient in billing software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Able to travel
• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in billing, finance, or a related area, focusing on complex billing operations
• Expert understanding of billing processes, end-to-end accounting flows and industry best practices
• Highly proficient in billing software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Robust verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills and a high level of self-awareness
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong presentation skills
• Able to travel
