[Remote] OTC Business Process Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Cypress HCM is seeking an OTC Business Process Consultant to support Order-to-Cash process transformation initiatives. The role focuses on analyzing workflows, facilitating process discovery sessions, and documenting processes to streamline operations using Oracle Fusion capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops and process discovery sessions with subject matter experts
• Document current-state and future-state Order-to-Cash workflows
• Develop SOPs, job aids, decision trees, and process guidance documentation
• Analyze customer invoicing, collections, and revenue workflows
• Identify automation and process improvement opportunities within Oracle Fusion
• Partner with business teams to standardize and optimize operational procedures
• Capture business rules, decision points, exceptions, and workflow dependencies
• Support ongoing process transformation initiatives and Oracle Fusion adoption

Skills

• Experience supporting Order-to-Cash or Customer Invoicing processes
• Strong Oracle Fusion functional experience
• Proven process mapping and process improvement background
• Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and requirements sessions
• Ability to create SOPs, job aids, and business process documentation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience identifying workflow automation opportunities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Shared Services experience
• Media, advertising, or agency billing experience
• Exposure to collections and revenue operations
• Lean, Continuous Improvement, or Value Stream Mapping experience
