[Remote] Principal Product Manager, B2B Platform

They are seeking a Principal Product Manager to own a flagship product line and help shape the next phase of growth by defining product strategy and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a core platform product
- Partner with internal stakeholders and customers to identify opportunities and translate business needs into scalable product solutions
- Drive product development from concept through launch, including discovery, prioritization, requirements gathering, and cross-functional execution
- Balance short-term business needs with long-term product strategy and platform investments
- Collaborate closely with engineering and design to maintain a consistent product delivery cadence
- Partner with commercial and customer-facing teams to support product adoption and business growth
- Define, track, and leverage key product and business metrics to guide decision-making and prioritization
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with significant ownership and autonomy
Skills
- 8+ years of product management experience, ideally within B2B, B2B2C, enterprise SaaS, fintech, embedded commerce, platform, or technology-driven products
- Experience working in high-growth or early-stage environments with a track record of increasing ownership and responsibility
- Proven ability to define product strategy while remaining hands-on with execution and delivery
- Experience building products that serve complex customer and business needs
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence engineering, design, commercial, and executive stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex problems and drive alignment across teams
- Analytical and data-driven approach to product management and prioritization
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building products in a fast-moving environment
