[Remote] Commercial Product Manager

The Product Manager will support a consumer card management product, collaborating with various teams to deliver a cohesive product that meets client needs and drives revenue.

Responsibilities

• Help maintain a clear product roadmap aligned to market needs
• Communicate clear expectations and priorities
• Stay current on pain‑points, user experience trends and regulatory expectations to drive continuous product improvement
• Gather insights through analytics, client feedback, and beta programs; synthesize findings into product enhancements
• Understand business characteristics and their card management needs (e.g., spend controls, reporting, integrations)
• Partner with product team and vendor to ensure features are well‑defined and meet acceptance criteria
• Work with billing teams and finance to ensure revenue goals are met
• Monitor KPIs (usage, revenue, client satisfaction, operational performance)
• Ensure that audit trails, reporting features, and administrative controls support FI compliance needs
• Leverage product analytics to evaluate feature performance and guide prioritization
• Communicate roadmap and status to stakeholders clearly and consistently

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or equivalent experience
• Experience with digital user trends and card‑related products or programs
• Understanding of card controls, reporting, and consumer digital financial
• Strong thought leader with ability to convert market needs into clear product solutions
• Skilled in communicating priorities and cross‑team coordination
• Passion to challenge the status quo and drive innovative solutions
• Excellent communicator capable of influencing key stakeholders and motivating teams
• Experience with business or commercial credit card programs
• Exposure to virtual cards, alerts, expense management workflows, or fraud insights
• Understanding of financial institution operations and regulatory considerations impacting card solutions
