[Remote] Recruiting Coordinator - Remote
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ProfitSolv is a SaaS business services provider for the legal and accounting industry, seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join their growing team. The role involves supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager in executing an efficient hiring process, coordinating recruiting activities, conducting initial candidate outreach, and ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day execution of the recruitment process across multiple roles and departments
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, including scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
- Conduct initial candidate phone screens using structured interview tools (e.g., Honeit) and provide detailed summaries to the Talent Acquisition Manager and Hiring Managers
- Partner with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure alignment on scheduling, candidate flow, and interview feedback timelines
- Assist with candidate sourcing efforts
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for initial outreach
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through timely communication, updates, and professional interactions
- Coordinate and support hiring-related meetings, including intake sessions and debrief discussions
- Maintain strict confidentiality of candidate and company information
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a recruiting role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Basic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and hiring best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Experience coordinating interviews or supporting recruiting efforts
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, etc)
- Exposure to structured interview tools such as Honeit or similar platforms is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
- Ability to travel as needed

- Ability to be present at work as the job requires
