[Remote] Marketing Director (Lifestyle)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Hilton is a leading name in the hospitality industry, and they are seeking a Marketing Director for their Lifestyle Marketing team. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand health and commercial performance, while also managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with various teams to support brand initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Assist and, in some cases, lead the development and implementation of marketing plans, strategies, and tactics, both long term and short term, to help achieve brand commercial goals
- Manage activities of internal and external agency partners to ensure on-time and on-strategy execution of high-impact brand marketing, including crafting clear briefs and providing strategic feedback during creative reviews
- Manage cross-functional projects to support brand marketing objectives
- Oversee photo and video shoots in support of business and/or marketing objectives
- Collaborate with key partners and actively handle business partners at all levels across the enterprise, with a focus on Owners, Category, Global Brand Heads, and cross-functional teams within the Marketing and Loyalty organization
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure on-brand deliverables
- Participate in category and department-wide initiatives and represent the brands in task forces and interdepartmental efforts as needed
- Manage a cross-functional team responsible for creating, sourcing, and delivering on-brand and cost-effective OS&E and collateral to hotels
- Manage a team of direct reports responsible for social media, reporting, general brand marketing, and project management
Skills
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a related field
- Experience crafting and executing distinctive consumer marketing campaigns, including digital and social
- Experience leading the development of strategic briefs to support business and marketing objectives
- Experience managing complex projects and initiatives
- Experience managing a multi-million-dollar budget
- Experience working across multiple brands within a portfolio simultaneously
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed, up to 20%
- Experience working with hospitality brands is a plus
