[Remote] Customer Service Specialist

Acumen Group is partnering with a national health and benefits provider seeking experienced Customer Service Specialists to support member and provider inquiries related to benefits and claims. The role requires handling a high call volume and possessing knowledge of benefits terminology and insurance concepts.
Responsibilities
- Support member and provider inquiries related to benefits and claims
Skills
- 2+ years of customer service experience within health insurance or employee benefits
- Working knowledge of benefits terminology and insurance concepts
- Ability to handle a high call volume (50+ calls per day)
- Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office, Teams, shared drives)
