The role requires handling a high call volume and possessing knowledge of benefits terminology and insurance concepts.

Responsibilities

  • Support member and provider inquiries related to benefits and claims

Skills

  • 2+ years of customer service experience within health insurance or employee benefits
  • Working knowledge of benefits terminology and insurance concepts
  • Ability to handle a high call volume (50+ calls per day)
  • Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office, Teams, shared drives)

Benefits

  • Full-time: 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday)
