[Remote] Sr. Recruiter

They are seeking an experienced Sr. Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruiting efforts across corporate and engineering roles, partnering closely with leadership to attract high-caliber talent.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake discussions and sourcing strategy through offer coordination and onboarding support
- Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define role expectations, candidate profiles, and effective search plans for open positions
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for corporate and engineering talent using direct outreach, networking, referrals, and other sourcing methods
- Screen applicants and conduct initial evaluations to assess experience, technical fit, and alignment with team needs
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback from stakeholders, and guide hiring teams toward timely and well-informed decisions
- Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring activity within the applicant tracking system to ensure organized and compliant recruitment processes
- Advise stakeholders on market trends, candidate availability, and recruiting best practices to improve hiring outcomes
- Support recruiting-related process updates or system-related changes as needed while maintaining a smooth candidate and hiring manager experience
Skills
- 7+ years of recruiting experience with substantial ownership of full-cycle hiring
- Demonstrated background in corporate recruiting with the ability to manage multiple searches at once
- Experience recruiting for engineering positions and evaluating technical talent across varied levels
- Strong sourcing skills with success identifying and engaging passive candidates through multiple channels
- Proficiency using applicant tracking systems to manage workflows, documentation, and reporting
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence hiring stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a deadline-driven recruiting environment
