[Remote] Digital Media Associate

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Treehouse Pediatric Therapy is seeking a part-time Digital Media Associate to enhance their brand presence and engagement across digital platforms. The role focuses on driving brand awareness among parents, clinicians, and referral sources through effective digital strategies and content management.

Responsibilities

• Support strategies to achieve a monthly 20% increase in 5-star Google Reviews
• Monitor and report on Google Business Profile metrics, focusing on increasing website click-through rates
• Assist in developing and implementing relevant local search term strategies (SEO)
• Manage day-to-day updates to the Treehouse website, including the 'Meet The Team' page
• Facilitate the bi-annual review and editing of therapy service pages in collaboration with team leads
• Review and edit non-clinical information (e.g., insurances, FAQ, locations) with the Front Desk Manager
• Ensure all necessary links (Careers, Social Media, Patient Portal) are maintained and current
• Support execution of a bi-annual major website project, such as the implementation of a new parent intake questionnaire
• Execute a consistent weekly content strategy across key platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn) aimed at both Parent Engagement and Therapist Recruitment
• Track and report progress toward social media follower goals (1,000 followers across each platform)
• Manage a monthly blog schedule, coordinating internal professionals to produce and post external content to the website and social channels
• Oversee the production and distribution of the Quarterly Company Newsletter to the entire client base, referral sources, and other key constituents
• Actively maintain and grow the audience list for the newsletter

Skills

• A strong ability to create compelling graphic images, video content, and copy appropriate for pediatric therapy and clinical audiences
• Proficiency with digital content creation tools (e.g., Canva, MailChimp, video editing) and an aptitude for leveraging AI and automation to maximize efficiency in a part-time capacity
• A strong understanding of the pediatric therapy industry and Treehouse's unique advantages
• Exceptional attention to detail, writing, and editing skills
• Proven ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A growth mindset and willingness to stay current on industry and social media trends
• A strong understanding of strategies for audience growth and engagement across social media platforms
