Responsibilities
- Formulate the company's overall growth strategy
- Develop growth models and pathways
- Define key growth levers (Acquisition / Activation / Retention / Revenue)
- Set annual and quarterly growth targets (OKR/KPI)
- Build a sustainable growth system
- Optimize the structure of user acquisition channels
- Manage paid advertising and organic growth
- Drive growth via SEO/SEM, content marketing, and social media
- Optimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- Improve marketing conversion efficiency
- Optimize user registration and onboarding processes
- Increase new user activation rates
- Design user conversion funnels
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize key processes
- Improve the success rate of the initial product experience (Time-to-Value)
- Increase user retention rates
- Reduce user churn rates
- Drive user lifecycle management
- Design growth-oriented product mechanisms (Growth Loops)
- Drive upselling and cross-selling
- Establish a growth analytics system
- Monitor core growth metrics: DAU / MAU, ARR / MRR, LTV / CAC, Conversion Rate
- Build growth dashboards
- Support data-driven decision-making
- Establish a growth experimentation mechanism
- Design A/B testing frameworks
- Rapidly validate growth hypotheses
- Optimize user journeys and product features
- Promote a culture of experimentation (Test & Learn)
- Collaborate with product teams to design growth-oriented features
- Drive Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies
- Optimize in-product sharing mechanisms
- Enhance user-driven virality
- Align product roadmaps with growth objectives
- Integrate the end-to-end growth value chain

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Majors in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields
- 20+ years of work experience
- 15+ years of experience in growth, operations, or product management
- 3+ years of senior management experience
- MBA preferred
- Experience in high-growth internet or SaaS companies preferred
