Utilizes broad knowledge of fundraising principles to inform and improve practices. Collaborates with the Event and Stewardship Specialist to acknowledge major donors through public and private recognition and events. Helps donors accomplish their philanthropic goals through personalized engagement and support. Secures individual annual, major, and planned gifts to support Foundation campaigns and initiatives. Executes a comprehensive stewardship cycle to maintain and enhance donor relationships. Manages a portfolio of donors, ensuring regular communication and engagement. Identifies and qualifies new gift prospects to expand the donor base. Leads the prospect identification process for the Foundation’s Grateful Patient Program. Manages relationships with hospital ambassadors to facilitate donor engagement. Acknowledges all gift donors appropriately and ensures timely recognition.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Minimum three years of nonprofit fundraising experience with a strong portfolio and proven ability to secure individual and family gifts and meet objectives. [Required]
  • Ability to inspire donor confidence [Required]
  • Experience using Raiser’s Edge or similar CRM [Required]
  • Team player, able to maintain good working relationships throughout the organization and with outside constituents [Required]
  • Ability to work in partnership with volunteers who have influence in the community [Required]
  • Strong organization skills with attention to detail [Required]
  • Ability to acquire knowledge and details about AdventHealth projects [Required]
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality [Required] Education:
