Role Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Representative contracted through arenaflex, you will become a trusted voice for our clients, handling inbound calls, chat sessions, email tickets, and outbound outreach. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound telephone calls, chat messages, and email inquiries from customers representing a diverse portfolio of high‑profile clients.
