Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service, communications, or related fields are a plus.

  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or any customer‑facing role; automotive industry exposure is advantageous but not required.
  • Comfortable using Windows‑based computers, web browsers, and chat platforms; basic troubleshooting skills are beneficial.

  • Be available to work five days a week, including at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).
