  • *Job Summary**

As a Remote Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in increasing revenue by responding to and initiating incoming and outgoing potential customer inquiries. You'll use company resources, policies, and procedures to provide complete and accurate data, ensuring patient and physician contact is handled with accuracy and operational effectiveness.

  • *Key Responsibilities**

No Cold Calling Required: We're looking for a sales-focused individual who can establish customer contact through follow-up outbound calls and receiving inbound return calls.

  • Promote Products and Facilitate Customer Needs: You'll promote our products and services by assessing customer qualification, explaining product benefits, and assisting with facilitating physician communication as necessary.
  • Resolve Customer Concerns: You'll resolve customer concerns by providing accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Record Customer Information and Maintain Database: You'll record customer information and maintain our database by obtaining, entering, and verifying required data.
  • Ensure Quality Service: You'll ensure quality service by following departmental and company policies, procedures, and standards, as well as adhering to compliance policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Facilitate Sales Process: You'll facilitate the sales process by communicating and sharing information with internal and external contacts.
  • Complete and Ensure Accurate Validation of Insurance Benefits: You'll complete and ensure accurate validation of insurance benefits.
  • Provide Customer Follow-up: You'll provide customer follow-up as required.
  • Contribute to Departmental Objectives: You'll contribute to departmental objectives by accomplishing required contact and sales results, and ability to track and report progress of sales results.
  • *Requirements**

Excellent Telephone Customer Service Skills: You must have excellent telephone customer service skills and be able to communicate effectively with customers.

  • Computer Literacy: You must be computer literate and have experience with CRM software.
  • Mastery of the English Language: You must have mastery of the English language, both oral and written.
  • Education and Experience: You must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent, inside sales experience, and call center experience. Medical industry knowledge is beneficial.
  • Ability to Type: You must be able to type at least 25-30 words per minute.
  • *Computer Requirements**

Internet: High Speed (Minimum 50 mbps download /20 mbps upload)

  • Ethernet Port or Adaptor: Must be hard wired to the internet (Wi-Fi is not supported) for PC or hard phone. 2 modem/router ports are required.
  • Processor: 1.6 GHz or greater
  • Memory: Minimum of 8 GB RAM

  • Operating System: Windows 10 or 11 (No Chromebooks, No Mac's)
  • Monitors: Dual monitors
  • Headset and Webcam or Internal Camera: Wired, USB to be used during training/interviews
