Key Responsibilities

Core Data Entry Activities

Document Review & Interpretation

  • Read and interpret a variety of source documents—sales invoices, purchase orders, canceled checks, and financial statements—to extract relevant data fields.
  • Translate handwritten notes, faxed forms, and scanned images into clean, searchable digital records.
  • Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to clarify ambiguous entries and ensure contextual accuracy.

Accuracy Assurance & Error Detection

  • Conduct systematic cross‑checks between entered data and original source documents, using double‑entry methods where required.
