Role Overview

In this full‑time position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for passengers at airports, call centers, and online platforms. Your mission is to provide accurate information, resolve concerns swiftly, and create a seamless travel experience that keeps passengers coming back. You will work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, collaborating closely with operations, security, and ground‑handling teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet passengers, guiding them through check‑in, boarding, and baggage procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Deliver up‑to‑date information on flight schedules, delays, cancellations, and gate changes, ensuring travelers are well‑informed.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in‑person interactions, resolving issues with empathy and efficiency.
  • Assist passengers with special requirements, such as unaccompanied minors, wheelchair assistance, and other accessibility needs.
  • Process ticket modifications, upgrades, and cancellations accurately, adhering to arenaflex policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Uphold all safety and security protocols, collaborating with security personnel to protect passengers and staff.
  • Maintain a tidy, organized work area that reflects arenaflex’s standards of cleanliness and professionalism.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in hospitality, communications, or related fields is advantageous.
