Position Overview – Remote Customer Service / Sales Representative (Retention Specialist)

In this remote role you will serve as a Retention Specialist whose primary mission is to turn potential cancellations into lasting relationships. You will handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers who are considering ending their arenaflex service, and you will use your problem‑solving expertise to uncover underlying concerns, present tailored solutions, and ultimately retain the customer’s business. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer a steady stream of inbound calls from customers who wish to cancel arenaflex services.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales‑oriented call‑center environment, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding retention/sales goals.
