Position Overview

As a Full‑Time Customer Service Executive at arenaflex, you will be the voice of the brand for our customers in the Laredo region. You will handle inbound inquiries across multiple channels, resolve issues with empathy and efficiency, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure every interaction ends with a satisfied customer.
