We are currently expanding our seasonal support team and are looking for friendly, motivated, and detail-oriented individuals to join us as Remote Customer Support Representatives. This is a 100% work-from-home opportunity with no commute, no office, and no cameras—meaning you can do meaningful, engaging work from the comfort of your own home while wearing whatever makes you comfortable, even your pajamas.

Position Details at a Glance

  • Job Type: Part-Time, Seasonal (with the possibility of year-round work for exceptional candidates)
  • Season: Approximately March/April/May through September/October
  • Work Setting: Fully Remote / Work From Home
  • Pay Rate: $11.00 – $15.00 per hour (depending on role and performance)
  • Schedule: Mostly weekends, with some weekday shifts available

Available Support Roles

arenaflex is hiring for three distinct support roles, allowing you to choose the communication style that best fits your strengths:

  • Phone Support Representative – Handle incoming phone calls from guests who need assistance with orders, deliveries, and general inquiries.
  • Written Support Representative – Respond to customer questions and concerns via email and text message at a slightly adjusted pay rate.
  • Full Support Representative – A hybrid role that combines both phone and written communications, offering the most variety and highest pay potential for those who excel in both areas.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be the voice (and sometimes the typing fingers) behind the brand. Your primary responsibility is to ensure every guest feels heard, valued, and satisfied after every interaction. Day-to-day duties include:

  • Managing a high volume of incoming customer contacts through phone, email, and/or text messaging channels.
  • Identifying and assessing each customer’s needs to deliver personalized, effective solutions.
  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information using arenaflex’s internal tools, knowledge base, and standard operating procedures.
  • Meeting and exceeding personal contact handling quotas and performance metrics.
  • Handling customer complaints with empathy, patience, and professionalism, always aiming for a positive resolution.
  • Following all communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Going the extra mile to engage customers and create memorable service experiences that reflect the arenaflex brand.
  • Adapting quickly to a variety of character types, situations, and guest personalities.
  • Multi-tasking efficiently, prioritizing tasks, and managing your time effectively in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Following instructions carefully to look up information, troubleshoot issues, and solve problems on the spot.
  • Quickly transitioning from completed or stalled tasks to new ones in order to maintain productivity.

Essential Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following baseline requirements:

  • Residency: Must reside in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Ohio, Texas, Michigan, Alabama, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Virginia, or Tennessee. (Please note: arenaflex is unable to hire from any other states, even if you live near the border.)
  • Internet Connection: Reliable high-speed internet with a minimum of 5 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload.
  • Computer: A Windows computer capable of running 5 or more Chrome tabs simultaneously without slowdown. Chromebooks and Apple computers are not compatible with our systems.
  • Headset: A headset compatible with your computer for clear audio communication.
  • Work Environment: A quiet, distraction-free home workspace.
  • Availability: Must be available to work during peak weekend times—Saturday afternoons (12 PM to 5 PM Eastern), Sunday mornings (9 AM to 1 PM Eastern), and Monday mornings (9 AM to 1 PM Eastern). Some weekday shifts may also be available.
  • Assessments: Satisfactory completion of Indeed’s Basic Computer Skills assessment is required. Completion of the Customer Service assessment is a plus but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

While no prior experience is required, the following qualifications will help you stand out as an applicant:

  • Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or call center experience (in-person or remote).
  • Excellent verbal and/or written communication skills.
  • Comfort with computers, web-based applications, and multi-tab browsing.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for thinking on your feet.
  • A positive, friendly attitude with a genuine desire to help people.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure, especially during peak season.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn new systems, tools, and procedures.

Compensation, Incentives, and Perks

arenaflex believes in rewarding hard work and great attitudes. Here’s what you can expect when you join our team:

  • Starting Pay: $11.00 per hour during a 3-week assessment period.
  • Permanent Pay Rate After Assessment:
    • Phone and Full Support Representatives: $12.00 – $15.00 per hour, based on performance.
    • Written Support Representatives: $11.00 – $14.00 per hour, based on performance.
  • Weekly Pay: Get paid every week.
  • Peak Season Incentives (June–August):
    • Two weekly $50 Visa gift card raffles based on the amount of work completed the previous week.
    • A monthly $300 Visa gift card for the team member voted most helpful by peers ($200 for runner-up).
    • A $500 Visa gift card for the representative who receives the best guest feedback of the summer ($300 for runner-up).
    • Various end-of-season payroll bonuses awarded to key representatives, often totaling thousands of dollars.
  • Flexible Scheduling: At least one week’s notice for any schedule changes, and we never schedule you for times you’ve indicated you’re unavailable.
  • Growth-Oriented Coaching: Regular, positive, and constructive coaching sessions to help you improve and grow—no experience required, just a willingness to learn.
