Key Responsibilities:

Essential Skills and Qualifications: To be successful as an Apple Advisor, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Exceptional customer service skills: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with a strong focus on empathy, active listening, and problem-solving.
