Collaborate with leading AI labs and enterprises to train and enhance frontier machine learning models using your deep structural data and document expertise. This role is ideal for analytical professionals with a strong background in data organization who thrive in reviewing, assessing, and providing structured feedback on domain-specific documents — all while working remotely and autonomously on a flexible schedule. What You’ll Do

• Review, assess, and provide structured feedback on domain-specific spreadsheets and documents, ensuring quality, accuracy, and relevance
• Use your technical expertise to train and enhance frontier AI systems in data organization and document analysis
• Evaluate complex data structures, formulas, and document layouts to ensure they adhere to strict guidelines
• Analyze documents efficiently to help shape the next generation of intelligent systems

Ideal Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum)
• 3+ years of professional experience in a relevant domain involving heavy document or data management
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets (familiarity with MS/Google Docs and Slides is a strong plus)
• Exceptional document analysis, review skills, and meticulous attention to detail
• Strong analytical and written communication skills to deliver clear, structured feedback

Residency: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, or Europe Details

• Pay: $80–$150/hour (USD, based on experience and region)
• Fully remote & asynchronous — work entirely on your own schedule
• Independent contractor engagement through Mercor
• Payments handled weekly via Stripe or Wise based on services rendered
• Flexible timeline: Ongoing potential (projects can be extended based on performance and needs)
