• Conducting inbound sales consultations with pre-qualified business owners via Zoom
• Running discovery, presenting solutions, handling objections, and closing deals in the same call whenever appropriate
• Selling high-ticket marketing, virtual staffing, and business growth solutions
• Building trust and urgency with SMB owners and key decision-makers
• Managing pipeline activity and follow-up within CRM
• Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience closing high-ticket offers ($5K+) in a virtual sales environment
• Strong background selling through Zoom, Google Meet, or other video-based platforms
• Track record of success in commission-heavy compensation structures
• Experience selling to small and mid-sized business owners
• Comfortable with transactional and one-call-close sales processes
• Skilled at objection handling, consultative selling, and creating urgency
• Consistent history of quota attainment and top-tier sales performance

Compensation

• Base Salary: $36,000
• Uncapped Commission
• On-Target Earnings: $100,000-$220,000+
• $2,500 Sign-On Bonus
• Top performers regularly exceed $200,000 annually
