Role Overview Group Connect Mental Health Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) to join our dynamic team. This full-time, remote position allows you to provide essential telehealth services to clients while making a meaningful impact on their mental health and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
- Provide therapy and counseling services via telehealth platforms, ensuring a supportive and confidential environment.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and support to clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Stay informed of the latest research and best practices in mental health counseling.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) in Washington state.
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of telehealth practices and technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
