We are currently seeking a motivated, customer-focused professional to join our agency team as a Customer Service Representative – Insurance Sales & Client Relations Specialist. Position Overview

As a key member of the arenaflex agent team, you will serve as the first point of contact for new and existing customers, helping them understand their insurance and financial service options while building lasting relationships. This role is ideal for individuals who are outgoing, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering outstanding service. You will combine customer service excellence with sales-driven thinking, using a needs-based approach to match clients with the right products and services for their unique situations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Develop genuine connections with customers through friendly, professional interactions. Follow up consistently to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and provide ongoing support.
  • Needs-Based Product Consultation: Use a customer-focused review process to understand each client’s unique situation and recommend appropriate insurance options, financial products, and services tailored to their needs.
  • Lead Generation and Pipeline Development: Proactively identify and develop new leads through referrals, networking, community engagement, and prospecting activities to grow the agency’s customer base.
  • Appointment Scheduling and Customer Outreach: Schedule and confirm appointments with prospective and existing clients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience throughout the sales and service journey.
  • Product Marketing and Education: Clearly explain the features, benefits, and value of arenaflex products and services in a way that resonates with customers and supports informed decision-making.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information and effective solutions.
  • Administrative and Documentation Support: Maintain accurate customer records, process applications, and complete necessary documentation with strong attention to detail and compliance awareness.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members and the agent to support agency goals, share insights, and contribute to a positive, high-energy work environment.
